7th Grade: Whom Can You Count?

We all have someone we can count on.  During this six weeks, we will look at fiction, nonfiction, and poetry that all incorporate the theme of adversity and who we can count on while facing the many challenges we experience throughout our lives.

Who is someone you can always count on?  What qualities does this person possess that makes them dependable and reliable?

  1. The people that I can count on are my brothers John, and Michael. they are always there for me no matter what, even though we can all be annoying at times we still count on each other. My brothers have been there for me for as long as I can remember. If it wasnt for them I wouldnt even know how to play basketball. They can be mean sometimes but I guess that's just what a brother is supposed to do. If I need help with anything they always help me, even if they dont want to. John, and Michael are trust worthy, very reliable, and i can always count on them, with anything. Im glad I have the brothers that I do!

  2. I can all ways count on my mom she is nice and there when I need her. My dad to he is nice and will help me also . My mom helps me the most cause I live with her and it really good to count on your parents cause they are the closes ones to you, but it really don't matter it can be friends, grandpaperents, ect. As long as they are there for you and they allways trust and help you when need it.

  3. I am lucky enough to have a lot of people in my life who i can count on but I can always count on my brother, even though he can VERY annoying he's still nice sometimes. He is protective of me so I think that's good because I could defend myself but he might know about it before I do and take care of the problem.

  4. The person i can always count on is my mom,and sister. The reason i can always count on them is because like if i am scared to tell my mom something then i can always go and talk to my sister about it and she can help me go threw it until i decide to tell my mom .Then if i just feel like i am ready to talk to my mom about it then i will tell her about it.

  5. I can always count on my dad. He is there when I need help in sports. He is determined to help me get better. He never gives up on me. He also is encouraging in my school work. He knows I can always do better.
